You've got one first impression, don't blow it

You’ll begin by filling out our brand questionnaire. Once submitted, your answers are then used to prepare a competitive analysis and live onboarding session with key stakeholders from your team. During this session we get a download on the company and determine KPI's within each area of the business. Following the workshop we will present user personas, an information architecture (flow of the entire site), and will map all key features.

Day 1 - the clock starts. With our approved materials from Live Onboarding we will dive deep into high fidelity design for 2 key pages based on the approved information architecture. Powerbomb designs your site from scratch based on the best possible user experience. We will then present designs for the 2 key pages. You have 48 hours to provide consolidated feedback, which we will then implement in Week 2.

In week 2 we apply all of your teams feedback from the first round, using it to expand the UI design system across the rest of the pages. We also complete mobile designs, as well as any key screens for tablet. At the end of the second week, we present the UI design for the entire site. Similar to week 1, your team has 48 hours to provide any final consolidated feedback before we move the site into the development phase.

Weeks 3-4 are spent building out your fully custom site in Webflow. We create the CMS architecture natively in Webflow so your team can create and publish content at scale, without the need for a developer. If you're doing an e-Commerce Sprint, we would integrate with Shopify at this point. At the end of week 3 we will present the entire site to you for feedback and preliminary testing. In week 4 we start implementing all technical SEO, interactions / animations, forms, and any other integrations. At the end of week 4 the site is complete and moves into a 48 hour QA period so your site is dialed for launch.
